Coaching
Coaching with me at The Lotus Room is for the woman who's holding it together on the outside and falling apart a bit on the inside. You might be separated, in the middle of divorce paperwork, or sitting in the quiet after everything is final and wondering, "Now what?" This is where you get a real human in your corner, not another person telling you to "stay strong" without showing you how.
You can start small with a focused 30-minute one-on-one session when you're spinning about something specific: a court date, a conversation with your ex, or a big decision about money or housing. In half an hour, I help you slow your thoughts down, sort through the noise, and walk away with one or two clear next steps you can actually take this week.
If you're looking for focused space to exhale, the 60-Minute Coaching sessions give you time to look at the bigger picture. In a full hour, I sit with the heavier questions—Who am I now? How do I set boundaries? What do I want this next chapter to look like?—and we turn those thoughts into a grounded plan. These sessions work well as needed or as a steady rhythm while you move through this season.
When you are ready for real momentum, the 12-Session Coaching Program is the core of what I do—this is where our most meaningful work happens. Over twelve sessions, we really dig in, build genuine clarity, and map out a practical, clear path forward. I bring in focused worksheets and journaling prompts so you’re not just talking through the hard stuff—you’re actively seeing your progress take shape on paper.
And because you shouldn't have to do this alone, you'll also have access to the Empowerment Circle: a bi-monthly, online group space where women in similar stages of separation and divorce gather for encouragement, perspective, and honest conversation. No story is too much here. Whether you drop in for a 30-minute session or step into the full 12-session program, coaching is your place to stop just surviving and start quietly rebuilding a life that feels like yours again.
